Banoffee overnight oat
Ingredients: Milky Date Caramel - 1/2 cup pitted dates 3 tbsp almond butter - 1/2 cup soy milk - pinch of salt Oats: - 4 tbsp chia seeds - 1.5 cups Oats 2.5 cups soy milk 2 banana diced 8 tbsp soy yogurt - cacao powder to sprinkle (optional) ### Instructions: 1. Cover the dates in boiling water, and let them soak for 30 minutes. 2. Add the dates, almond butter, milk, and pinch of salt to a small blender, and blend until smooth. 3. Combine the chia seeds, oats, milk, and 1 diced banana. Allow setting in the fridge overnight. 4. To build, layer the date caramel, some oats, banana, and yogurt.
