HIIT Cardio Routine to help burn fat! | Results in 2 weeks or LESS!
If you are short on time or just love to run, here is a cardio routine that'll help burn body fat and help you lose weight! So throw on your running outfit and running shoes and follow this running-for-beginners routine to help you with your goals! You can do this cardio workout at the gym or at home if you have a treadmill. I would aim to do these 2x a week first and then step it up to 3x a week but no more than that to ensure adequate recovery. 5 Intermediate Front Split Stretches
This is a flexibility goal for many of us, not just dancers. With the right stretches, strengthening exercises and consistency anyone can improve the muscle flexibility needed and get amazing results.
