It had been a while since I did one of these circuit workouts with no equipment. And it was tough but so awesome. I did 30-45 secs fully on, 15 secs rest, 4 circuits with 1 minute in between each circuit. 1. Mountain climbers to dynamic pike 2. Dynamic squats to inner foot tap 3. Push up to jump squats 4.
