This week we’ve got a delicious cauliflower, chickpea and peanut curry. @jodienixon_ here with another batch cook recipe (quelle surprise!) I’ve got a bit of an issue with portion control, so this is the kinda thing I make at the start of the week intending it to be one meal, which normally turns into multiple meals. When you’re getting to the end of the batch I like to loosen with water or stock to make it into a soup and serve with noodles, veg and storecupboard heroes like chilli oil and sesame seeds.
