Kira's Tutorial (She's Funny and very creative!): Cut vertical slits all around the neck. 2" long and less than 1" apart, but they don’t need to be perfect. First slit 1" (can just sew it up at end). Weave as shown in pictures. sew a few stitches to attach the last loop to the shoulder of the shirt. Wow Kira!!!
