Cable y raises: Retract scapula, arch back, pull shoulders back, controlled concentric, very slow eccentric, slight elbow bend Incline bench full ROM db raises: Retract scapula, arch back, pull shoulders back, controlled concentric, very slow eccentric, slight elbow bend Incline bench iso cable front rates: Retract scapula, arch back, pull shoulder back, raise just above head height, slow eccentric, very slight elbow bend   Main takeaways; ‘basic’ exercises ARE NOT INHERENTLY BAD OR INEFFECTIVE.
