Prosciutto Wrapped Pear & Brie Bites with Pomegranate Arils Recipe -2 medium pears, sliced (Bosc or Anjou is preferred) -2 cups baby arugula -16 slices of prosciutto -Brie cheese -pomegranate arils (fresh or prepackaged works perfect) -olive oil -freshly cracked black pepper -toss arugula and 3/4 of pomegranate arils in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and freshly cracked pepper.
