Using the Lutron app, I set each individual shade to go up and down at certain times throughout the day to maximize light while blocking the direct rays of the sun as it moves around the back of our house. Since my shades are programmed relative to sunrise and sunset they are truly in "set it and forget it" mode, automatically adjusting with the change in seasons! Click the link
