One of the best favours to combine and one of my all time favourite flavours of chia pudding to enjoy in the morning for an extra energy boost!This is a variation of my classic coffee chia pudding that adds 1 tbsp of cocoa powder. Full recipe below and I’ll link the coffee chia pudding recipe MOCHA LATTE CHIA PUDDING * 1/4 cup chia seeds * 1 tbsp cocoa powder * 3/4 cup milk of choice (use at least half coconut milk for an extra creamy chia pudding) * 1/4 cup coffee or espresso * 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey * 1 tsp vanilla extract
