15min · 3 servings Recipe: • -1 onion • -2 cloves garlic • -1 carrot • Sauté in oil for 3-4mins • -2 Tbsp tomato paste • -1 Tsp each cumin and paprika • -salt to taste • -optionally 1/2 Tsp chili powder • -1 can (220g) black beans • Stir fry 2-3mins. • Mash until it’s a chunky paste. • Sauce: • -3 Tbsp vegan yogurt • -3 Tsp vegan Mayo • -3 Tbsp chopped roasted peppers (I used jarred ones) • -1/2 lime, juiced • -1/2 Tsp chili powder • -salt to taste • Blend until smooth. • -3 small tortillas • Spread some bean filling and the sauce on one half of a tortilla. • Clap and fry each side until golden brown.

RECIPE (4 servings, 1h prep time): -a chunk of celeriac -2 carrots -1 onion -3 cloves of garlic Sauté in oil. -150g soy chunks -300ml water -2 Tbsp soy sauce -2 Tsp chicken spice Cook the soy chunks until all the water is gone. Then add to the veggies. -4 big Tbsp tomato paste -1 Tbsp flour Stir it in. -200ml red wine Deglaze the pan with it. -2 cups (500ml) water -salt and pepper to taste -2 bay leaves -1 Tsp dried thyme Let it simmer for at least 30mins but the longer the better.

Ingredients: • Noodles of choice • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 2 tbsp chili flakes • 1 tbsp sesame seeds • 1 tbsp black pepper • 4 tbsp oil • 1 tbsp sugar • 4 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter • Tofu crumbles, to garnish (optional) Spring onions, to garnish Method: Add garlic, chilli flakes, sesame seeds and black pepper to a heatproof bowl.
