Steak de Chou-Fleur au Gratin 🥦🧀 Ingrédients : 1 chou-fleur, 2 œufs, 1 c. à s. de sauce au yaourt grec, sel, poivre, 2 tranches de tomate, 2 tranches de mozzarella, origan. Préparation : Mélangez les œufs avec le yaourt, sel et poivre. Coupez le chou-fleur en tranches de 2 cm. Trempez-les dans la pâte pour bien les enrober. Faites frire dans de l'huile chaude, 5 min de chaque côté. Disposez-les dans un plat, ajoutez tomate et mozzarella. Saupoudrez d'origan et gratinez à 160°C pendant 10-15 min, jusqu'à ce que le fromage fonde. Servez chaud ! 😋

‎‏SPINACH AND FETA PASTRIES    1 x sheet puff pastry ‎‏Filling: ‎‏120g frozen spinach ‎‏1 x small onion (half large) ‎‏3 x garlic cloves ‎‏Mixed herbs, salt & pepper 1/2 x cup water ‎‏200g feta cheese crumbled ‎‏50g grated mozzarella ‎‏1 x egg separated (white will mix into filling, yolk to brush the pastry) ‎‏Sesame seeds ‎‏Pre heat oven to 180C ‎‏Making filling: ‎‏Fry onion and garlic for a few minutes till tender. add in soinach. herbs. salt  ‎‏and pepper and the water and fry until the water has evaporated. Cool down, for quickest cooling spread on a large plate and put in the freezer, should take 5 min this way. Once cooled add in the cheese and egg white and mix well. ‎‏Spread the mixed filling over the pastry sheet and roll it up,
