attaching handles is usually my least favorite part of the mug making process, but i’m learning that slow and steady really does win the race. it’s true of pretty much every single aspect of ceramics 🐢 i used to pull my handles and attach them in the same day, and i’m finding out it works better for me to pull 1 or 2 days before attaching. i let them dry in a ziplock bag until my mugs are ready. this way they dry evenly and are the perfect consistency for shaping. this has helped a TON, espe...
