Brokkoli- Avocado Pasta
25min · 4 servings Zutaten: • Ein Brokkoli • 30g Cashew Kerne • 1/2 Avocado • 1 Creme Fraiche • 100g Pasta • Pastawasser • Basilikum • Parmesan (gerieben) • 2EL Olivenöl • Salz, Pfeffer Zubereitung: Zuerst kochen wir den Brokkoli und geben diesen dann in den Mixer. Zusammen mit dem Öl, Creme Fraiche, Avocado, Basilikum und den Cashewkernen mixen wir das ganze gut durch. Würzen nicht vergessen. Jetzt die Spaghetti kochen, Pastawasser in eine Pfanne geben (für die extra Portion Cremigkeit) und die Brokkoli-Avocado Soße hinzugeben. Die fertigen Spaghetti jetzt mit der Soße vermischen, geriebenen Parmesan hinzugeben und genießen. Viel Spaß beim nachmachen, euer Stefano 🧑🏻‍🍳
