Ingredienti (per 20-25 chips): 🥔 4 patate di medie dimensioni 🥔 40g di amido di mais 🥔 q.b. sale 🥔 q.b. timo, origano e rosmarino 🥔 q.b. aglio in polvere 🥔 q.b. pepe 🥔 q.b. olio evo Cuocete le patate in acqua salata per circa 15 minuti, scolatele e schiacciatele all’interno di in una ciotola capiente. Aggiungete l’amido di mais, il sale, le erbe aromatiche essiccate, l’aglio in polvere e il pepe. Mescolate e poi impastate a mano per un paio di minuti. Posizionate il panetto su un foglio di carta forno e stendetelo con l’aiuto di un matterello. Tagliate il composto per ricavare tanti bastoncini, quindi posizionateli su una teglia rivestita con un foglio di carta forno ben oleato.
