I am starting this week off by following the Countdown to Competition plan for 3 days.... This plan is from 21 Day Fix Extreme and is HIGH Protein and low carb - eliminating dairy and when following this plan you actually alternate between the Competition plan & the Extreme plan: 2 days of Competition plan, followed by 1 day of the Extreme plan.
