It´s all about communication. But there is one communication factor that is often overlooked: listening. Why listening is essential when you are dealing with customers or clients - or when you want to help someone. Be aware of the mistakes we often run into.

Clear communication is the lifeblood of relationships. Although it would be so easy for mind-reading to be a thing, it’s just not. Don’t assume that you know unless they’ve communicated it with you.

I can’t pin this to the toxic board because it would be just wishful thinking there... This wish is for those still capable of growing.
