3 years ago I had a knee injury. I dislocated it inwards rupturing my ACL. I healed with no problem. Because of a simple dislocation I'll never be able to plant my foot and change directions and run. I wont be able to put so much weight on my knee, and if it happens again and ruptures my ACL that will be the end of my knee and need surgery. So I advise you always be careful!
