Important:
- turn your feet out (gentle not too massive)
- dont stuck your butt out
- keep your body aligned, don’t curve your spine 
- shoulders are back and down
- head is nice and tall

A birth ball can be used many different ways when preparing for labor and is a useful tool to help the pelvis open and encourage baby to engage lower. 

Here I share with you some helpful stretches I usually do with my mommas when incorporating movement during the third trimester. 

These are safe to do in any trimester though, and can bring a lot of relief when experiencing the growing pains that creep in during pregnancy. 

Each stretch serves its own purpose! Hopefully they work for you 🤎
