I ALWAYS start off my legdays with hip abductions
It's not the best exercise for glute growth itself, however it really helps
you to connect your mind & muscle, It also feels easier to target the
glutes in the following exercises.

Doing this exercise, remember to;
-properly warm up your hips
-maintain your knees in 40 degrees
- bend your upper body slightly forward
-3-4 sets are enough

(if your hips are cramping or you dont have this machine, go for the same
power-set but with dumbbell hip thrusts)
