Flexibility and Stretching Muse on Instagram: "BACK FLEXIBILITY 💕 here are 4 exercises to gain more flexibility in your back for beginners-intermediate. especially the last one is super effective i feel. using a foam roller to keep your back upright … ☝🏼💥💪🏼

TIP: make sure you are warm before trying any of these; do not just copy this in case you have back injuries or pain (videos on that topic are coming); do not push your boundaries too far!!! go where it’s uncomfortable - not where you feel pain!! 🫶🏼

Apsara Vydyula on Instagram: "This is not meant for total beginners. I’m sharing with you how I learnt to transition from Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand) to Vrischikasana (scorpion). Using the wall as a support to learn this transition provides stability and safety. The wall offers a secure backdrop that allows you to explore the pose without fear of falling, helping you build confidence and understand proper alignment. This method is great for safely deepening your practice and mastering the balance and backbend involved in Scorpion Pose. 🦂 _________________ . . . . . . #yogainspiration #loveyourbody #yogajourney #yogateacher #yogacommunity #yogaclass #yogatutorials #yogareels #yogajourney #yogaposes #asanapractice #inversion #headstand #backbend #wellnesswednesday #yogaathome" Pincha Mayurasana, Scorpion Pose, Forearm Stand, Fear Of Falling, Head Stand, Wellness Wednesday, Yoga Community, The Pose, Build Confidence
