Recipe:
- 2/3 lemons
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
- 2/3 small fresh turmeric
- 1 cup water

Instructions:
- Wash and slice lemons, peel and chop ginger.
- Blend lemon slices, ginger, turmeric, and water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture (optional) and pour into ice cube trays.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours.

Perfect for adding a healthy kick to your drinks or water this summer!

Who knew wellness could come in cubes? Make these Cubes at home instead of dropping your coins on expensive wellness shots. Enjoy them cold with coconut water or hot with tea or warm water.

Makes 36 cubes or make 2 batches and save the rest for wellness shots. 

1 orange, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
1 knob of ginger
1 tsp turmeric 
1/2 tsp black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper, optional 
3 cups of filtered water

Blend all ingredients together, divide in ice cube tested and freeze.
