Scan the ingredients which are in order of weight from biggest to smallest & allergens are in bold or underlined.
Use the 100g column to compare products.
Products such as fruit, vegetables, and milk products will appear as high in sugar but don’t limit these foods
Don’t focus on the portion size or reference intakes both may actually be irrelevant to you.
