- 30g light cream cheese (brand: Philadelphia lightest)
- 110 ml low-fat milk (I used skimmed milk)
- Tsp cinnamon
- 25g vanilla protein powder (I use @proteinworks French vanilla 👌🏽)
- tbsp brown stevia (brand: pure via)
- pinch of salt (enhances flavours)

Assembly:
- dusting of cinnamon between each layer (mainly for aesthetics lol)
