Hooray!!! At long last, the new Tokens of the Past: Two Color Classics pattern is ready to go! Geesh....it seems like it took so long to complete. The quilts have been finished for weeks. During pre-market time, there's a lot of work for photographers and graphic designers all helping pattern designers to get their work done. Good things come to those who wait, right! Well....we don't have to wait anymore, and I could not be happier to say it's ready to ship! Click here to order the Tokens…

Pam Buda, Scrappy Quilt Patterns, Las Vegas Trip, Scrappy Quilt, Colorful Quilts, Border Design, Machine Quilting, Some Fun, Quilting Designs

My new quilt, Past & Present, came home from her trip to Las Vegas to be quilted by Valerie Krueger. I thought I would share photos of the quilting Val did for me. We can all use good quilting ideas! There's just natural daylight on the quilt so we can see the quilting. I love all the quilting designs, and there's no question....the quilting makes the quilt sing! I love that brown border design! So unique...and she quilts free-hand!! Amazing! I'm sewing the last of the binding on the quilt…

Heartspun Quilts ~ Pam Buda: Abigail's Sew Along ~ Part Five Small Wall Quilts, Mystery Quilt Patterns, Antique Quilts Patterns, Blue And White Quilts, Triangle Quilt Pattern, Pam Buda, Quilt Club, Side Borders, Thread Needle

Welcome to the last post in making our Abigail's Doll Quilt. This is the fun and exciting part....where we assemble all of the parts we've made, and make the quilt top! This is a very unusual little quilt to assemble. I truly believe my Abigail was cut from a larger quilt, and the way it was cut, and the layout of the blocks and such, is exactly what I love about it. It's very unique. The making of the center may seem odd to you...and it is, but follow the directions in the pattern, and…

Here we are, already on part two of our October Treat sew along. I hope you found some useful tips from my last post about connector corners. I'll bet you're all experts now! This week will be super easy, peasy because we're making larger Flying Geese using the same method as last week. So, you can put your skills to the test once again. You'll use (8) H pieces and (4) A pieces to make (4) Flying Geese. Be sure to measure them to check for accuracy. Gather the small center star you made last…
