Earlier this week we received the working drawings for our country home and it only took 15 months! Yikes! Our patience was definitely running thin but we are very pleased at the design of the house even if it did take over a year to get it where we wanted it! These are not engineer stamped plans yet but we have handed them to a contractor to get a really good estimate on the cost of building it.
