INGREDIENTS 
4 oz – (1 well packed) grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp cornstarch
½ cup evaporated milk

INSTRUCTIONS 
1. Add grated cheese and cornstarch to a bowl, mix well.
2. Add evaporated milk, stir and microwave 1 minute on high, mix until smooth, add a few more seconds of heat if needed. Enjoy!

Recipe details below:  INGREDIENTS  1 cup peanut butter ¾ cup well packed brown sugar 1 egg ½ cup chocolate chips  INSTRUCTIONS  1. These Nutty Granola Bars are SO easy, and end up being WAY CHEAPER and healthier than store bought versions. These are the perfect afternoon snack, as they are high in protein and are less processed, making them an anti-inflammatory and hormone balancing snack. Not to mention, all the nutrients from nuts and seeds, such as vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, fibre, etc  are beyond beneficial to our health.
