My favorite one is Quilter’s Select Cutaway. It’s very sheer but strong and doesn’t tear easily. You can also use Pellon 907F which is similar. These hearts are about 2.5” and my favorite part is turning them right side out using a wide straw and a ballpoint bodkin. Once the hearts are made, you can fuse them onto your project and then appliqué by hand or machine. See my previous post for my free Vintage Heart quilt block pattern or see the link in my profile. 😍 #facedappliqué #turnededgeapplique #appliquequilting #applique #heartapplique #quiltersselectcutaway #quiltersselect #handappliqu Heart Applique Quilt Patterns Free, Heart Quilts Free Pattern, How To Make A Heart Quilt Block, Heart Quilt Ideas, Heart Quilts Applique, Applique Heart Quilt, Sewing Hearts Pattern, Sewing Hearts Ideas, Quilting Applique Patterns Free

Jessica Shaw on Instagram: "Let’s make heart shaped fabric coasters! 🥰🪡 (very beginner-friendly) Material used: Cotton fabric Fusible fleece (but any type of batting, fusible or not, would work) Matching or contrasting thread The heart I cut out is 7”x7”, and you’ll need 2 pieces of fabric and one piece of fleece/batting for each coaster 🙂 If you want to make this MORE beginner friendly, try a square coaster or a full circle! The heart can be a bit intricate with all the curves, but going slow around the curves helps! These are so easy to make and fun to personalize for a special someone (or for urself) 😉💕💘 #sew #sewistsofinstagram #sewistofinstagram #sewist #sewinglove #sewingtutorial #sewinghacks #sewsewsew #singerambassador #singersewingmachine #diy #upcycle #sewinglife #sewi Fabric Making Ideas, Sew Coasters, Heart Sewing, Homestead Kitchen, Fusible Fleece, Fabric Coasters, Diy Upcycle, Table Coasters, Diy Coasters
