Add your fillings - nori, sushi rice, salmon sashimi (place on straight after rice to keep it raw or if you want it slightly seared like I did, place it on the outer layer before the nori), avo, cucumber, kewpie mayo, another layer of nori.  Roll it all up - coat in some black and white sesame seeds. Heat some oil in a frypan over medium to high heat. Cook the giant roll until crispy. Slice it up and enjoy.
