You’ll need: 1. Piece of Cardboard or brown cardstock paper 2. Christmas themed Cookie cutters 3. White school glue 4. Shaving cream 5. A brush 6. Accessories (beads/glitter) How to make PUFFY PAINT: 1. Mix equal parts of white school glue with shaving cream. 2. Paint a thick layer of puffy paint on the cookie template. 3. Add fun accessories.
