1. Get out of pain by maximising blood flow to your knee on a daily basis with reverse sled drags
2. Build strength below the knee in the lower legs! This is your first line of defence.
3. Build range of motion and strength at the back at the knee.
4. Increase internal joint and connective tissue strength
5. Build strength through range of motion in the knee.

I tore my ACL and had ACL surgery. After my surgery I suffered for 2 years with patella tendonitis and chronic knee pain.
