I was (and still am) so nervous but your encouragement had me kicking my feet and at times even teary. I wanted to share another simple hobby that doubles as a very useful tool.. sewing your own heating and cooling packs that smell just delicious. My daughter Courtney used to sell these in her wellness shop, @coppermoonwellness, but the shipping was so expensive for her customers so she encouraged me to share this with you.
