The flavor bomb of the horseradish maple mustard aioli combined with the pinch of lemon pepper and sweet onions - makes for a tasty party with every bite. It’s on repeat here in my house for Shabbat. With the frozen diced onions from @kosher_taste it takes me 3 minutes to put together. The best kinda recipe. Also the aioli makes for an amazing salad dressing… just saying! RECIPE: For the Horseradish Aioli: 1/3 cup mayo 1 heaping tbsp horseradish 2 tbsp honey mustard 2 tbsp. Maple syrup Salmon 1 cup @kosher_taste frozen diced onions 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp. Dried parsley 1 tsp. Lemon pepper (if you don’t have zest lemon and use regular pepper) Salt Mix the aioli ingredients together in a bowl and set aside Add the onions to a parchment lined pan. Drizzle with oil and season with the sponge and mix. Spread out the onions on the tray and then lay the salmon skin side down on top. Pour the dressing over the top of the salmon to cover. Perfect for any day of the week or even a romantic night at home, it’s up to you. ⁣ ⁣ 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut up into cubes⁣ 2 tb olive oil⁣ 4-5 cloves garlic, mashed⁣ 3/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, in oil, drained⁣ 2 tsp italian seasoning⁣ 2 tsp paprika⁣ 1/2 tsp kosher salt⁣ 1 tsp ground black pepper⁣ 1 cup orzo⁣ 2 1/2 cups chicken broth (or water)⁣ 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk or heavy cream⁣ 2 large handfuls fresh spinach⁣ 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated⁣ ⁣ Pat chicken dry and cut into cubes. Add olive oil to a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the chicken. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to cook. Add in the sun dried tomatoes, garlic, italian seasoning, paprika, salt & black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes more, then add the orzo and broth and stir well. Reduce heat to medium. Cover the skillet and cook for 12 minutes, removing the cover every few minutes to stir and ensure nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan. NOTE: your orzo might need a little more time to cook through and that’s ok!! Once the orzo is cooked through, add the coconut milk/cream and spinach and stir another minute until the spinach is wilted, then add in the parmesan cheese and stir once more.
