What You Need: • 1 lb ground sausage • 1 Tbsp olive oil • 1 bell pepper, chopped • 1/2 small onion, chopped • 1 package EatNaturalHeaven rice • ½ tsp oregano • salt & pepper • 1/2 cup parmesan • 1 cup shredded mozzarella Cook sausage in skillet until no longer pink.
