Unusual cakes for you - This weekends engagement cake was for a gorgeous young couple. Bottom tier was a 9 inch extended tier (25 cm) red velvet cake filled with vanilla bean Italian meringue butter cream. The top tier was a 7 inch extended tier (18cm) again red velvet with vanilla bean Italian meringue buttercream.
