Zutaten: 220 g Zucker, 5 Eier, 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker, 220 g Margarine oder Butter, 320 g Quark, 300 g Mehl, 3 TL Backpulver, Puderzucker zum Bestäuben. Anleitung: Zucker, Vanillezucker, Eier und Butter/Margarine cremig schlagen. Quark unterrühren. Mehl und Backpulver vermengen und vorsichtig unterheben. Teig in eine gefettete 26er Springform füllen.
