For 4 servings you need: 250g dry bulgur 2 cans of chickpeas 1 can of corn 1 cucumber 1 red pepper 1 red onion 1 bunch of parsley 400ml vegetable broth For the dressing: 3 tbsp olive oil 20ml lemon juice 20 grams of honey salt & pepper First, pour the hot vegetable broth over the bulgur salad and let it swell. 🤓 In the meantime you can cut the vegetables into small pieces and let them drain and mix the dressing. 🥒 At the end you just put everything together and mix it properly
