You will need assistance upon delivery, as our independent third-party shipper does not bring items inside or set them up. Curbside delivery only - The shipper will deliver to your location, but you must arrange for unloading and moving the hutch inside. If desired, you will need to attach the top to the base yourself. Please Note: Tannin Staining: If choosing a light color or white finish, be aware that knots in the wood may cause natural discoloration over time. This is a very heavy hutch - please ensure you are prepared for delivery and setup before purchasing.
