👉 Ingredients
• 150 g all-purpose flour
• 30 g fine oat flakes
• 10 g baking powder
• a pinch of salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 200 ml plant-based milk
• a few Women's Best Flavor Drops Vanilla
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 20 g coconut oil (room temperature)
• 1 small ripe banana, mashed
👉 How to:
In a large bowl add flour, oats, salt and cinnamon. Add in the mashed banana, coconut oil, flavour drops, milk and vinegar and whisk until the batter is smooth. Heat up a nonstick pan and start cooking your pancakes for about 1 minute or so per side.
