Reset Monday

Here is how we set up our week so we can take a full 24 hours off each week to rest and reset! Monday-Wednesday: We knock out the big chores or tasks, laundry, errands, grocery shopping, lingering tasks, texts, meetings, anything like that! Thursday: Meal prep for sabbath, take care of loose ends, and get something done that would be in the back of mind and hinder my rest.
