Durwin House was the Chevrolet dealer in the adjacent buidling to the east of the white fronted former opera house building which was converted to an auto dealership in 1925. The words "Russ Paddon dealer" can faintly be seen on the front of the Opera House above the front door. He had the Studebaker dealership at this location…
