Is it okay to share with others when you’re not feeling at the top of your form? When you feel that how you’re feeling is not an adequate feeling, that doesn’t improve how you feel. 😁 It takes a lot of energy resources to act different from how you feel. Maybe that energy is better spent elsewhere? Maybe being authentic about your weaknesses actually makes it easier for others to relate to and connect with you? What do you think?
