Aftercare for Sterling Silver jewellery Any Sterling Silver jewellery can tarnish over time, to keep your jewellery looking like new we would suggest you keep it in the gift box when you are not using it. If your item becomes tarnished, you can use a silver cleaning cloth to gently polish it. We would also suggest removing your jewellery before you come into contact with water and before bed. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds We will try to accommodate cancellations before an item is dispatched but if your product is personalised and has already been made we cannot refund the item. We will copy and paste your chosen text from your email onto the backing card, therefore we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes made by you. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your finished product please contact us, if we feel a refund is justified, refunds will only be provided once the product is returned to us in a resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and we recommend sending via a signed for service. We can post items out in time for certain dates but cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver it in time and cannot accept refunds if Royal Mail are late or lose your item.
