Shish Kabob Marinade from recipezaar Ingredients: 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic powder Directions 1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Add meat (chicken, pork, beef or venison) and vegetables (cut into bite size pieces) (I use green pepper, onion, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes). 3.
