Chocolate Peanut Butter Easter Eggs! Soften 1 stick real butter and 8 oz. cream cheese. Cream together in mixer bowl, add 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 2 lbs. confectioners sugar, mix well. Add 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter and mix. Refrigerate in bowl for one hour. Shape into large eggs, place on parchment paper and refrigerate another hour or two. Melt chocolate in a double boiler and dip eggs, place back on parchment paper, decorate with royal icing flowers, refrigerate for several hours. Enj
