Ich liebe Pflaumen Rezepte. Ganz besonders mag ich Pflaumenmus selber machen, denn das kann man auf Vorrat vorbeireiten und im Winter zum Beispiel immer noch leckeren Pflaumenmus Kuchen backen. Aber Pflaumenmus kochen, finde ich zu anstregend, deswegen bevorzuge ich definitiv dieses Rezept Pflaumenmus Backofen. So easy gemacht!
