Today I spent 20-30 mins of moving and this was one of the exercises I choose. My intent always is to find a sensation of restriction or strengthen any weakness that pops up. I always listen to my body and its feedback mechanisms. If I don’t have much energy on days I mean to train, I will feed first 10 mins of simple movements and then see how my body response. I might receive increase of energy or I might not. Mind over body counts but some days there is not much you can do besides...
