45min · 3 servings Salad: • Romaine Lettuce Cherry tomatoes • 1/2 Red onion • Quinoa • Green onion • BBQ chicken *BBQ Chicken recipe on my Instagram feed • Corn • s+p Dressing: • 1 cup of greek yogurt • 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce • Garlic Powder • Dried Parsley • Dried Dill S+P Directions: 1. Cook your BBQ Chicken and corn on the cob on either the oven, grill, or air fryer. I have an incredible BBQ chicken recipe on my feed too! 2. Add your ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix well. 3. Wash and cut your veggies. 4. Cook your quinoa according to package. 5. Assemble your salad by adding all ingredients to a bowl.
