Fast Full Body Tabata Burn Home Workout
Today I have 2 (4:00 each) tabatas that you can add into your workout routine when you need a fast cardio blast. Try one or, if you’re feeling spicy today, try them both! Tabatas are a great explosive cardio addition to your workout routine! They are a great way to get all the benefits of cardiovascular exercise without overdoing it. This type of high-volume cardio is short and efficient and gets your heart rate up while also loading your joints and strengthening your muscles.

Low Impact Strength Home Workout
Today I have a fun strength building workout that targets your entire body with focused, low-impact (and highly effective) moves! Wondering if you can still get a good workout that gets your heart rate up without fast-paced cardio moves and jumping? The answer is YES! This type of workout is excellent for dialing in your form, as the slower pace gives you time to pay more attention to each movement and how your body responds so you can ramp up the intensity at your own pace.

Total Body Strength Workout
Today I have a fun total body workout to focus on building muscular strength. This is a great intermediate workout so if you’ve built a strong base with bodyweight training, adding some additional resistance in the mix (like dumbbells or stretchy bands) can help you start to see more gains in muscular strength.
