My kids enjoy these every time we go to a Brazilian restaurant. The secret is out and here’s one easy way to make them. You will need:
1 1/3 cup tapioca flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 
1/4 cup mild cheddar cheese 
1/4 cup Colby Jack Cheese 
1/2 cup of fontina 
*** You can use a cup of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, I just had leftover cheeses that I wanted to use and they tasted really good in this recipe.
1 egg/ 75 g
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil or olive oil

2 rolls of puff pastry
2 manzanas
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
400ml of water
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 packet of vanilla sugar

How to do it:
Slice the apple, peel and cut it into small cubes.

This Cantonese-style quick and easy clay pot rice is full of flavor and comes together in only 30 minutes! I start by soaking jasmine rice and dried shiitake mushrooms overnight. Brush oil on the bottom of your clay pot and add the drained rice. Pour the mushroom water in and you want to add enough just so that it is slightly above the rice. Cover and let that cook over medium heat and once the rice is semi-cooked, add sliced Chinese sausage, shiitake mushrooms, and let that cook for a few minutes. Drizzle sesame oil over the lid. After a few minutes, add Gai Lan and an egg and let it cook for a few more minutes. Turn the heat off and serve it with a homemade sauce (sugar, @lkkusa soy sauce, garlic, white pepper, and oyster sauce

For the stir fry:

Heat small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crumble in feta around perimeter. 

Crack egg into center; season w/ black pepper & red pepper flakes (no need to add salt, the feta is plenty salty)

Cover pan and cook until white is set, yolk is still runny, and cheese is unbelievably crispy.

Serve atop toast, w/ hash browns, or my personal fave: in a charred tortilla with avocado & lime.

You can oil the skillet, esp. if you’re not using nonstick, but I find the cheese gets crispier w/o

2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 cup raw tahini

For this recipe, you’ll need:
2 ripe mango
1 cup glutinous rice
1 cup water
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut cream (top of the coconut milk)
sprinkle of sesame oil 
4 pcs rice paper 

In a medium bowl, soak your glutinous rice in room temp water for 30 minutes. Then wash the rice a few times and either cook it in the rice cooker or on the stove in a pot. If using the stove, pour 1 cup of water on the glutinous rice and turn heat on high. Once bubbling, close the lid and simmer until the water has been fully absorbed

Use Japanese sweet potatoes with a distinct red-toned purple skin. Choose ones with smooth skin and feel firm/heavy. 

For best result, choose sweet potatoes with less blemish, roots. I use cheaper sweet potatoes here.

Longer baking time is necessary to get the creamy texture on the inside.

- 5 ears corn (or 5 cups frozen corn kernels)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 shallots, sliced 
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (1-inch) piece ginger, minced
- 1 serrano chile, minced
- 2 small red potatoes (6 to 8 ounces total), cut into ½-inch cubes
- 2 ½ cups vegetable broth

Yes, we’re doing overnight oats that taste like THAT Starbucks drink. I’m not one to venture out that often from my black coffee, but sometimes I order this drink from Starbucks when it’s warm out if I feel like mixing it up. 

The overnight oats version tastes SO much like the drink! And you can optionally top it off with some Dalgona coffee. (Whipped coffee.) recipe below. 

This recipe is a variation of the original coffee overnight oats by @cookingwithelo on my blog linked in my bio!


* 1 cup rolled oats
* 1 tbsp chia seeds
* 1/4 tsp salt
* shot of espresso 
1 cup oat milk
* 1 tbsp brown sugar 
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt (can sub unflavored yogurt)

For the Crispy Rice:
▪️Parchment Paper
▪️3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
▪️2 Cups Cooked Jasmine Rice (it’s important to use jasmine rice not sushi rice)
▪️Kosher Salt

For the Dressing:
▪️2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
▪️1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
▪️3 Tbsp White Vinegar
▪️1/4 tsp Sugar

For the Salad:
▪️3 Medium Persian Cucumbers, diced (~1+1/2 Cups)
▪️1 Medium Avocado, diced
▪️1/3 Cup Shelled Edamame
▪️1/4 tsp Sesame Seeds

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 450F convection (or preheat air fryer to 425F)
2️⃣ Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and add the avocado oil and rice; toss the rice in the oil and spread into one layer then sprinkle with salt

* 2.5 cups oz cold brew coffee concentrate  or espresso.
* 3 oz vodka.
* 2.5 oz licor 43.
* Dark chocolate for shaving.
* Condensed milk to taste.

1. Add the coffee, vodka and licor 43 to a freezer safe dish.
2. Freeze for 2.5 hrs. Shred with a fork. Return to freezer for another 1-2 hrs and shred again.
3. Top with lots of condensed milk & chocolate shavings.

Freeze overnight
-a few Tbsp coconut yogurt
-maple syrup
-coconut flakes
Place 1 Tbsp yogurt on a plate and microplane the peach.

3 cups x watermelon
1/2 lemon
Pinch of salt

Dice your watermelon into cubes. Place them in a container and out it in the freezer for a few hours. Take out of the freezer (let it thaw a little bit if really frozen) and add it into a blender. Squeeze in the juice from your lemon and add a pinch of salt. Blend until you get a nice thick and smooth consistency!
