Blended oats
Serves 1. • 50g oat flour (or rolled oats, blended) • 25g protein • 1 tsp cacao powder • 160ml milk, or water • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter • 20g dark chocolate • 1/2 tsp coconut oil • Flaky sea salt 1. In a small jar, mix together the oat flour, protein powder, cacao powder and milk. Place the jar into the fridge to set for 3+ hours, or overnight. 2. In the morning, spoon the peanut butter on top in an even layer. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals, until melted. Pour the melted chocolate on top and place the jar into the freezer for 5-10 minutes to set.

Apple Mousse Cake was surprisingly so yum! By: Shivesh17 Ingredients 🍎4 apples 🍎1+ 1/2 cup dark chocolate (250 grams) Process- 1. Begin by peeling and chopping the apples into small chunks. 2. Boil these apple chunks for at least 15 minutes or until they become soft and mushy. 3. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. 4. Once melted, mix the softened apple chunks and melted chocolate in a blender until you achieve a smooth batter. 5. Transfer the batter into a 6 inches cake ring lined with aluminum foil and allow it to chill for 7-8 hours or overnight for best results. 6. Once set, dust the mousse with cocoa powder and enjoy!
